O efeito do programa abrangente de atividade física escolar (CSPAP) na literacia física dos alunos

Resumo

Introdução: A atividade física dos alunos na Indonésia não atingiu os níveis estabelecidos pela OMS. Isto deve-se ao baixo nível de literacia física entre os alunos. Utilizar o horário escolar para promover a atividade física é importante, pois os alunos passam mais tempo na escola do que em casa.
Objectivo: Este estudo visa melhorar a literacia física através do Programa Integrado de Atividade Física Escolar (CSPAP).
Metodologia: O método utilizado nesta investigação é um quase-experimental com delineamento de tratamento múltiplo e controlo pré-teste-pós-teste. A população deste estudo foi de 90 alunos do 8º ano da Escola de Educação Física Infantil Kartika XIX-1, na cidade de Bandung. A técnica de amostragem utilizada foi a amostragem aleatória por conglomerados. As técnicas de análise de dados foram ANOVA unidirecional com três grupos. Resultados: Os resultados mostraram uma diferença no efeito entre o grupo do programa CSPAP do currículo padrão, o programa CSPAP de fitness integrado e o programa CSPAP convencional na literacia física dos alunos, com um valor de significância de 0,015 < 0,05.
Conclusões: Este estudo demonstra que o programa CSPAP é capaz de aumentar os índices de literacia física dos alunos em relação ao período anterior à sua implementação. O programa CSPAP, com a diversidade de atividades físicas oferecidas e o sistema de apoio à sua implementação, aumentará a literacia física dos alunos e incentivá-los-á a praticar atividades físicas dentro e fora da escola.
