Melhoria da forma física e das competências sociais através de abordagens inovadoras de aprendizagem da Educação Física e das competências motoras em ex-alunos do ensino básico

Resumo

Introdução: A educação física desempenha um papel importante no desenvolvimento da formação física e nas competências sociais dos antigos alunos do ensino básico. No entanto, a eficácia das abordagens da educação física variava.

Objectivo: Este estudo pretende determinar o efeito das abordagens inovadoras de aprendizagem da educação física e das competências motoras na forma física e das competências sociais dos ex-alunos do ensino básico.

Metodologia: Este estúdio utilizou um projeto experimental fatorial 2x2 com 100 alunos primários de 11-12 anos. Quatro grupos experimentais receberam intervenções através do treino de competências motoras e de atividades baseadas em jogos. Os instrumentos utilizados serviram como questionários sobre competências sociais e medidas de formação física. Os dados foram analisados ​​através de testes em amostras independentes.

Resultados: Os resultados mostram que ambas as abordagens, treino de competências motoras e jogos, melhoraram significativamente a forma física e as competências sociais dos estudantes com um valor Sig (<0,05). O grupo A1B1 apresentou um aumento mais significativo da condição física e das competências sociais do que os restantes grupos.

Discussão: A abordagem do treino motor e dos jogos melhora significativamente a aptidão física e as competências sociais dos antigos alunos do ensino primário, embora alguns estúdios sugiram que o desenvolvimento social requer uma interação mais intensa.

Conclusões: Este estudo concluiu que o treino motor e as abordagens baseadas no jogo melhoraram eficazmente a forma física e as competências sociais dos antigos alunos do ensino primário.
