A influência da experiência de ensino na eficácia da gestão do tempo das professoras durante as aulas de Educação Física em escolas palestinianas selecionadas

Resumo

Introdução: As competências de gestão do tempo são um indicador importante do nível de gestão escolar, dos professores e dos alunos. A gestão do tempo envolve a gestão dos horários de trabalho através do planeamento, organização e priorização para atingir os objetivos destas instituições. O tempo é o bem mais valioso que os indivíduos e as organizações compreendem, e todos se esforçam constantemente para o utilizar de forma eficiente e eficaz. Da mesma forma, os professores e os alunos das escolas, faculdades e universidades também procuram formas de adquirir, utilizar ou melhorar as suas competências de gestão do tempo.

Objectivo: Este estudo investiga a influência da experiência docente na eficácia das professoras na gestão do tempo durante as aulas de educação física em escolas palestinianas seleccionadas. Examina também se os anos de experiência produzem diferenças na proficiência na gestão do tempo.

Metodologia: Para atingir os objetivos, os investigadores adotaram um método analítico descritivo e utilizaram uma escala de gestão do tempo revista como instrumento de recolha de dados. A amostra incluiu 97 professoras selecionadas através de técnicas de amostragem aleatória estratificada.

Resultados: Os resultados revelaram um elevado nível de eficácia na gestão do tempo entre os participantes, com uma pontuação média de 4,12. A análise estatística não mostrou diferenças significativas na gestão do tempo relacionada com a experiência de ensino, com um valor de p de 0,258.

Conclusões: Com base nos nossos resultados, os investigadores concluíram que as professoras demonstram um elevado nível de competência na gestão e utilização eficaz do tempo durante as aulas de educação física. Isto indica que a gestão eficaz do tempo no ensino não depende apenas de anos de experiência, realçando a importância da formação e das competências básicas de ensino para garantir aulas produtivas e organizadas.
