Ecosistema educativo digital y ajuste universitario en estudiantes vinculados a actividades recreativas: un análisis psicológico, pedagógico y social

Resumen

Introducción: La transformación digital de la educación superior redefinió la experiencia universitaria y planteó nuevos desafíos para el ajuste académico, social y emocional del estudiantado. La participación en actividades recreativas emergió como un factor asociado al bienestar y la integración institucional.

Objetivo: Analizar la relación entre el ecosistema educativo digital y el ajuste universitario en estudiantes vinculados a actividades recreativas, evaluando el papel modulador de dicha participación desde un enfoque psicológico, pedagógico y social.

Metodología: Se desarrolló un estudio cuantitativo, no experimental, transversal, con alcance correlacional-explicativo. La muestra estuvo conformada por 312 estudiantes universitarios. Se aplicaron escalas validadas para medir ecosistema digital, ajuste universitario y participación recreativa. Se realizaron análisis descriptivos, correlacionales, regresión múltiple y moderación.

Resultados: Se encontró que la presencia social, el compromiso digital y el diseño pedagógico se asociaron significativamente con el ajuste universitario. El compromiso digital constituyó el predictor más robusto. La participación recreativa mostró un efecto directo y fortaleció la relación entre ecosistema digital y ajuste.

Discusión: Los hallazgos coincidieron con investigaciones previas que destacaron la importancia del compromiso estudiantil, la presencia social y la actividad recreativa en el bienestar universitario, integrándolos en un modelo explicativo conjunto.

Conclusiones: El ajuste universitario se configuró como resultado de la interacción entre entorno digital estructurado y participación recreativa activa, aportando evidencia para políticas institucionales integrales.
