Hacia un marco de aprendizaje activo sensible a la autoeficacia y al género en Educación Física: una revisión sistemática teórica

Antecedentes: El aprendizaje activo se ha promovido en educación física, pero su relación con el Aprendizaje Basado en Proyectos, la enseñanza por indagación, la autoeficacia, la participación sensible al género y los resultados de aprendizaje aún requiere mayor integración teórica.
Objetivo: Esta revisión sistemática teórica sintetiza la literatura sobre aprendizaje activo en educación física para desarrollar un marco que explique cómo estos enfoques apoyan aprendizajes significativos.
Métodos: Siguiendo PRISMA 2020, se identificaron estudios relevantes en bases de datos académicas y plataformas científicas. Tras la eliminación de duplicados, el cribado y la evaluación de textos completos, se incluyeron 38 estudios. Se aplicó una síntesis temática.
Resultados: Surgieron cinco temas: autonomía basada en el movimiento, compromiso cognitivo guiado, regulación de la autoeficacia, participación sensible al género y andamiaje pedagógico. Estos temas conforman el Marco de Aprendizaje Activo Sensible a la Autoeficacia y al Género en Educación Física.
Conclusiones: El aprendizaje activo en educación física debe entenderse como un sistema estructurado, inclusivo y pedagógicamente andamiado. Futuros estudios deberían comprobar este marco en diversos niveles escolares y contextos culturales.
