Para um modelo de aprendizagem ativa sensível à autoeficácia e ao género na Educação Física: uma revisão teórica sistemática

Contexto: A aprendizagem ativa tem sido promovida na educação física, mas a sua relação com a Aprendizagem Baseada em Projetos, o ensino baseado na investigação, a autoeficácia, a participação sensível ao género e os resultados de aprendizagem ainda requer uma maior integração teórica.
Objectivo: Esta revisão teórica sistemática sintetiza a literatura sobre a aprendizagem activa na educação física para desenvolver um modelo que explique como estas abordagens apoiam a aprendizagem significativa.
Métodos: Seguindo o PRISMA 2020, foram identificados estudos relevantes em bases de dados académicas e plataformas científicas. Após a remoção dos duplicados, triagem e avaliação dos textos completos, foram incluídos 38 estudos. Foi aplicada uma síntese temática.
Resultados: Emergiram cinco temas: autonomia baseada no movimento, envolvimento cognitivo orientado, regulação da autoeficácia, participação sensível ao género e apoio pedagógico. Estes temas compõem o Modelo de Aprendizagem Ativa Sensível à Autoeficácia e ao Género na Educação Física.
Conclusões: A aprendizagem ativa em educação física deve ser entendida como um sistema estruturado, inclusivo e com suporte pedagógico. Estudos futuros deverão testar este modelo em diferentes níveis escolares e em diferentes contextos culturais.
