Fatores que influenciam o planeamento de cenários futuros para as organizações desportivas que oferecem programas de treino de ténis

Introdução: No contexto pós-COVID-19, as organizações desportivas devem antecipar as mudanças económicas e sociais através do desenvolvimento de capacidades para identificar tendências futuras. O planeamento de cenários futuros consolida-se como uma ferramenta estratégica de apoio à estabilidade e à tomada de decisões. Objectivo: identificar as variáveis e os actores com maior influência no planeamento de cenários futuros nas organizações desportivas que oferecem programas de formação em ténis, com o objectivo de apoiar a tomada de decisões estratégicas num ambiente pós-COVID-19. Metodologia: Foi aplicada uma abordagem prospetiva estratégica utilizando os métodos MICMAC e MACTOR, complementada com análise retrospetiva. A Liga de Ténis de Antioquia (Colômbia) foi empregue como caso de estudo, e a análise foi realizada por um grupo de trabalho prospetivo. Resultados: Se identificarem variáveis chave e doces com influência significativa. As variáveis relacionadas com o desenvolvimento profissional e o pessoal de apoio apresentadas pelo maior impacto evidenciam a necessidade de implementar estratégias de apoio ao talento humano focadas na gestão do stress e na redução do burnout. Discussão: Os hallazgos são consistentes com estudos anteriores que destacam a importância da gestão do talento humano, da adaptabilidade e da resiliência organizacional em contextos de incerteza. Conclusões: A flexibilidade e a adaptabilidade fortalecem as relações internacionais e o desempenho pessoal, contribuindo para um planeamento futuro e para uma tomada de decisão organizacional mais eficaz.Referências
