Análise comparativa de indicadores de saúde relacionados com a atividade desportiva entre jovens estudantes no Cazaquistão

Introdução: Este estudo teve como objetivo avaliar a eficácia de um programa de atividade física em termos do seu impacto na saúde dos participantes.
Objectivo: Para atingir este objectivo, foi empregue uma abordagem abrangente que combina métodos de avaliação quantitativa.
Metodologia: Um total de 150 participantes foram divididos em três grupos: O Grupo 1 (n=37) seguiu um programa de exercícios padrão com treinos gerais duas vezes por semana e educação sobre estilo de vida; O grupo 2 (n=38) participou num programa alargado com sessões de treino individual três vezes por semana, combinando exercícios cardiovasculares, de força e flexibilidade, juntamente com aconselhamento personalizado sobre dieta e estilo de vida; o grupo controlo (n=75) manteve as suas rotinas habituais.
Resultados: Os resultados indicaram que o Grupo 2 apresentou as melhorias mais significativas nos indicadores de saúde. Os achados do estudo corroboram a eficácia de programas de treino personalizados que incorporam atividade física frequente e variada.
Discussão: Os participantes do Grupo 2, que receberam o programa alargado, apresentaram melhorias mais significativas do que os dos outros grupos, realçando a importância de uma abordagem abrangente da atividade física e de estilos de vida saudáveis.
Conclusões: Recomenda-se que estes tipos de intervenções personalizadas sejam incluídos nas iniciativas de saúde pública para alcançar melhores resultados na prevenção e no tratamento de doenças.
