The article provides with an innovative proposal whose aim is to adapt CrossFit to the school context; it promotes automy, education for health, intrinsic motivation and the improvement of social relations. For that purpose, we employ the Integral model of active transition twards autonomy (Casado, 2018) and the Gamification hybridization, as a motivational resource and the development of self-management strategies.
