Desempenho dos alunos através das interdependências entre pares e entre alunos e professores de Educação Física

Introdução: O desenvolvimento sustentável na educação requer não só uma variedade de estratégias de ensino, mas também maiores exigências na educação dos alunos. Este estudo realizou uma pesquisa quantitativa baseada na combinação dos três princípios da aprendizagem cooperativa entre pares em interdependência positiva, promovendo a interação e a responsabilidade individual, com interdependências entre o professor de educação física e o aluno. O professor fornece estrutura e promove a autonomia e a participação dos alunos. Metodologia: Foi realizado um inquérito a 124 futuros professores de educação física para determinar a relação entre a necessidade de apoio dos alunos, a aprendizagem cooperativa e o desempenho. Resultados: Os resultados do estudo mostraram que a necessidade de apoio dos alunos teve um impacto positivo significativo na autonomia e na estrutura de ensino, o que abriu caminho para a aplicação dos princípios da aprendizagem cooperativa. A aprendizagem cooperativa teve também um forte impacto positivo no desempenho dos alunos, particularmente em termos de promoção de um sentido de responsabilidade pessoal Discussão: Os efeitos não foram significativos nas áreas da promoção da interacção e da interdependência positiva, sugerindo que podem ser necessárias intervenções mais específicas nesta área da educação física. Além disso, a necessidade de apoio ao ensino poderá ter um impacto mais eficaz nos resultados académicos dos alunos através da aprendizagem cooperativa. Os desafios inovadores da educação física podem contribuir significativamente para o desenvolvimento de competências de aprendizagem cooperativa.
Conclusões: Este estudo destaca a importância de elaborar programas de educação física que não se concentrem apenas nas capacidades físicas, mas também desenvolvam intencionalmente competências sociais e colaborativas.
